Full-Time Nursing Faculty (BSN Required) OB/PEDSHondros College of NursingIndependence, OH $3,000 sign-on bonus for Independence Campus Faculty! Hondros College of Nursing is looking for a dynamic BSN prepared Nurse to teach Full-Time at our Independence Campus!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Instruct students off campus at our clinical sites and/or in a lab setting.
Promote a positive learning environment and work collaboratively to assure full instruction of the clinical component of the curriculum.
Create a high level of student engagement by planning the student clinical experience.
Supervise and orient students to the clinical site as well as to all applicable policies and procedures.
Evaluate each student’s achievement and progress, providing valuable feedback.
Participate as a member of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees.
Compensation, Benefits & Schedule
Full-Time flexible off-site clinical-based scheduling which generally consists of 40 hours per week (generally no Sundays or Holiday scheduling!)

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. Hondros College of Nursing follows the requirements set by the Department of Education, accrediting agencies, and the states in which our campuses operate.
Three or more years full-time work experience as a RN (or part-time equivalent).
Active unencumbered State of Indiana RN licensure.
Ability to provide official transcripts for each degree earned from an accredited institution.
Current (or ability to obtain) American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
