Dog Truck, yes… I own a 60k fully loaded RAM 1500 Sport truck used primarily to drive my dogs to isolated areas for the two Great Danes to run. It stinks so bad that I really don’t like to drive it.
All that changed with the detail job I got from Flagship’s staff. Truck was much cleaner than I had expected, no smell, and will be the primary vehicle for my mothers funeral. Neighboring business gave me plenty of opportunity to do other things while I waited. Also, they fit me in… I will schedule my visit next time. Fantastic job and I am a happy customer!

The BEST detailing we’ve ever had!! Brought our big SUV for a full detail yesterday and Sebastian and his crew did an outstanding job. The five year old car literally looks brand new!! We’ve used this Flagship location before for other cars and the results were equally great. Highly recommend this place for a detail. And Sebastian is terrific at working with clients!

The line can appear daunting, but it moves quickly. The deluxe wash is a steal at $44. They do an amazing job and have you out in a showroom clean car in only a few minutes. They also have robust detailing services. When I needed my car deep cleaned ASAP, I was able to schedule with them the next day. Everyone is friendly and focused on doing their best for the customers. I am not a person who regularly gets their car washed but when I do I come here. You can also get delicious baked goods next door while you wait for your car at Bread Furst or drop off your dry cleaning at Zips.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place - didn’t think it was possible to get a decent car wash (including a light interior detail) in the city for this price, but Flagship delivered. There was a line of cars around the block when I got there (probably all trying to get the thick visible layer of D.C. spring pollen off their cars like me 😅) but it moved quickly. I paid around $50 for an exterior wash and interior detail. There were about 8 people who worked on the detailing all at once so it was quick but thorough. My car felt brand new when I left. Will definitely be back!

The service was amazing and very friendly. The car was really well washed and cleaned in deep. Fast and complete service, I totally recommend it for a deep clean and shine.

Awesome carwash. Staff is super friendly. And the detailing station offered is incredible. Love the vacuum setup and the supply of towels, cleaners, and tire shine. A very reasonable price to have your car lovely inside and out.

I've been frequenting this car wash spot ever since other places with brushes ended up scratching my car's paint, making it look terrible. I switched to this location, and they've consistently done an excellent job cleaning my car. The customer service and crews are friendly and helpful. The washing materials they use are gentle on the paint. Special kudos to Sebastian and his team – they've been the absolute best!

Thank you for responding. I've always for the most part been very happy with this location. I don't know what it is about some of your other locations but you all got everything right here. And as long as you all keep this standard and I'm doing ride sharing. I'm always happy to come here and I always treat your staff right. It just makes me sad to see what some of your other locations have become. And I don't mind paying a little more money to have you all wash my car here because you all provide quality work. I was at your location yesterday here on Connecticut Avenue and I was extremely pleased with the way my car was cleaned. Thank you all very much and I'm glad to see that you wrote me back. I wanted to respond. The Connecticut Avenue location of flagship is amazing and I would highly recommend it! I'm very pleased with their high standards on how they keep the cars clean. My clients love my vehicle especially after you all work on it do to how clean you all make it. I might wanna talk to all about some interior detailing later on.

This is sadly the only location of Flagship Car Wash that still has its act together! This is the only one I will ever go to. I can still tip with my credit card there which I appreciate. They do a wonderful job cleaning the car. And I'm always grateful for the help I received here. I'm very pleased with the work at this location but I'm never going to patronize any of your others. I'm the type of person who will say something for what it is and I'm not going to say what you want to hear. Thank you all for doing a great job on my car and doing the amazing work you have done over the years. This place still maintains the standard set by the Hinton family who used to own the whole chain.

I’m a big fan of customer service. And I must say that I go to this location once a week and Sebastian is always greeting me with a smile. He goes out of his way to make sure my car is taken care of. If I tell them, they have missed something, he’ll go back and clean it himself. He definitely takes ownership. I’m assuming he’s a manager and Ricardo is also a manager at the same time. I’m an entrepreneur myself and understand that sometimes the people we hire no matter how much we train them do not execute with excellence. But it’s nice when the managers or the owners rise to the occasion to fill the gaps!

It's a good wash and the people who work there are friendly. I particularly like that it's right next to a coffee shop/bakery. They don't go under the seats or in the crevices. So the detailing was good, not amazing but the wash and detailing is only like $40-50. I'm very satisfied with what I paid for. Thanks!!

I have been coming to this car wash for the past 5 years and they do an excellent job. I get my car detailed here twice a year and they a very thorough.

I've been coming to this car wash since I've lived in the DC area and have always had a fantastic experience. They are quick but do an excellent job! I've never been disappointed and they pay close attention to the details. They will even take the time to hand-remove sap/bugs etc that do not quite come off in the wash while other car washes I have been to try to charge me extra for this and then hardly acknowledge my presence.
The managers Silvia and Ricardo are both a pleasure to work with and make getting a car wash a personable experience as they strive to provide the best service to their customers.
