The host school will return the completed form for the consortium agreement, which indicates the registration and participation fees. ScSU grants can then be processed. A consortium agreement allows enrolled students to attend classes at another institution and receive financial support from SCSU (homeschooling). The student`s combined course load must be at least equal to the half-time status (6 credits for undergraduate students, 4.5 credits for doctoral students) per semester. Grant recipients must make appropriate academic progress to obtain a degree or certificate as a prerequisite for obtaining grant programs at the federal, state, or CCSU level.
